American Challenge, Inc. (ACI) announce their plans to seek a new World Water Speed Record during a press conference on Friday August 3rd at Seattle's Stan Sayres Memorial Pits prior to the annual SEAFAIR Hydroplane Races.   Fox Sports Northwest was there to cover the announcement and interviewed several of the ACI team members.
