August 6, 2000   Seafair Unlimited Testing

Russ Wicks ran the Miss Freei unlimited hydroplane around the Lake Washington course during the Seattle SEAFAIR unlimited hydroplane event.   Wicks has now completed 13 of the 15 required laps (speeds of 130 mph or higher during a race weekend) he needs to receive his unlimited hydroplane competition license.
